Sharon has over 20 years experience in the global chemical industry. She has held a number of senior commercial roles covering operational management, strategic repositioning of businesses and M&A. Previous companies include ICI plc., Albright & Wilson, Ineos and more recently Innospec Inc. where she was Executive Vice President with responsibility for Corporate Development and Managing Director of the Performance Chemicals Division. She holds a degree in chemistry from the University of Southampton and is a director of Chemicals NorthWest.
