The Hydra Technology is used to prepare unique dendritic vinyl polymers. These materials can be designed to be comparable in composition to linear equivalents but their unique 3-dimensional architecture gives rise to some very different properties.

Hydra Polymers is a supplier of novel polymeric structures for a wide range of applications, including paints & coatings, inks, adhesives, fuel and lubricant additives and water treatment. Products include :

• High performance dispersants
• High solids / low VOC resins
• Viscosity reducing additives

Fundamentally new approaches to emulsification have also been developed using Hydra technology. A range of high value, efficient emulsifiers and triggered response systems are available.

The Hydra technology is versatile and products can be designed to mimic commercially available materials but with the benefits of:
